The Spanish team will be able to take advantage of the selection window with two friendlies, after the cancellation of the Finalissima in Qatar. La Roja has made it official that after the duel against Serbia on the 27th, a Spain-Egypt match will be played at the RCDE Stadium in Barcelona on March 31.
It will be the second test before the final list for the World Cup because on the 27th Luis de la Fuente’s team will face Serbia at the La Cerámica stadium in Villarreal.
Off-white for the 2026 World Cup second kit
The Spanish team will debut its new kit in the friendly against Serbia in Villarreal on March 27, which will be worn as second in the 2026 World Cup, in off-white, evoking the color of a page, as a reference to the country’s rich literary tradition.
The shirt, presented in Los Angeles by adidas in a global launch with 25 federations, recovers the “classic codes of aesthetics” of the brand, associated with the FIFA World Cup, with geometric patterns and stylized lines.
Spain will play in off-white at the World Cup against the United States, Mexico and Canada, with a design that incorporates an integral pattern in pyrite tone inspired by the drawings and graphics present in classic books and manuscripts.
The sleeves and collar, which shows the inscription “Spain” on the back, appear in the gold and burgundy color of a shirt designed to help players in conditions of extreme heat, which recovers the iconic clover logo of the sports brand 36 years later in a World Cup, evoking the aesthetics of the 90s.
Designed to respond to very hot match scenarios, the jersey with jacquard fabric for a lighter finish, incorporates fabrics with mechanical elasticity and Climacool+ materials, to evacuate sweat more quickly and help keep players dry for longer.
